This policy describes how LeadQuantic ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information you submit on this website. Questions about it can be sent to contact@leadquantic.com.

Information we collect

We collect the personal information you type into our lead form:

  • Full name
  • Work email address
  • Company name and company size
  • Location / service area
  • Average deal size
  • Anything you write in the optional message field

When you submit the form, our form processor also automatically receives standard technical data such as your IP address, used for spam prevention and delivery. We do not collect payment information on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; this site is for businesses.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies, does not run analytics, and does not use advertising trackers or pixels. The page itself loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or images; everything is served from our own domain. Like any website, our web hosting provider receives standard server-log data (such as your IP address and browser type) needed to deliver the site. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and request consent where the law requires it.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether our service fits your company, and schedule a consultation if you request one. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who processes your data

When you submit the lead form, your answers are transmitted to and stored by Formspree, the form-processing service we use, and then delivered to our business email account. If you book a consultation, scheduling is handled by Calendly under Calendly's privacy policy. These providers process your data only to provide their services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep lead submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@leadquantic.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. California residents may also submit requests through an authorized agent. We honor the same requests from all US residents.

Security

Form submissions are sent to our form processor over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we serve this site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit what we collect to the minimum needed to respond to you.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its effective date.
